four oregon airbnbs to add to your travel wishlist

we made the tough decision a few weeks ago to hold off on all airline travel with august for the foreseeable future due to COVID. but, we also realized we really needed a getaway after the crazy year we've had so far (a pandemic hit, which was followed by caleb working out of bedroom, followed by selling our condo in said pandemic, followed by moving across the country. it's been...a lot). we booked a cozy + stylish airbnb right on the beach that's about a two hour drive away. it's nuts to think that by this time last year we'd already gone on four family vacations, and one of those was a major trip to switzerland. my oh my how times have changed from last year!

while searching for airbnbs, i found some truly amazing places that i've added to a wishlist. unfortunately we couldn't book any of these as they are booked out about 4-6 months out. have a look!

modern guesthouse

this cozy spot is small but oh so stylish. and just LOOK at that view from the hot tub!!!! so good. definitely booking this for a getaway with caleb.

woodsy cottage

totally drooling over that ceiling detail. this home is so close to mount hood and hiking trails which makes it a true gem. i'd stay here for a week in the fall with family with a goal to fill up that outdoor deck with all of my favorite people.

modern a-frame house

i love that the airbnb hosts have dubbed this the 'rancho relaxo'. i'm getting major relaxing vibes, i won't lie. i'd want to stay here with snow falling outside while cozied up to the fireplace.

the river house of my actual dreams

this one BY FAR takes the cake. the river! the interior design!! i'm thinking my birthday 2021 is going to be spent here. i'm totally a smitten kitten with this place!
